Compliance with the Digital Services Act

In accordance with Article 24(2) of the European Union Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), online platforms are required to publish information on the average monthly active recipients of their services in the EU.

Average Active Recipients

The average monthly active recipients of OFFPITCH News within the European Union is estimated to be well below the threshold of 45 million monthly active users (the threshold for Very Large Online Platforms, or VLOPs). We monitor these metrics regularly and will publish updated numbers accordingly.
